Hi there! I'm Sarah, the heart behind MAKES Travels. When I’m not working at my nonprofit organization, you’ll likely find me planning our next family adventure—or helping others plan theirs! For me, travel isn’t just a hobby—it’s how I recharge, reconnect, and make lifelong memories with the people I love most.

The name MAKES Travels holds a special place in my heart. It’s built from the initials of my family. Every journey we take reflects our shared love of exploring new places and creating meaningful experiences together. For years, we’ve chosen memories over material things, and those adventures have become some of our most treasured moments.

MAKES Travels is also about making memories. What started as a simple sign in our home - “We’re busy making memories” - became our guiding mantra. To us, quality time together and discovering new destinations will always matter more than a pile of unfolded laundry or a floor that needs sweeping.  No one will remember the week the socks lived in a basket because we were gone, but they will remember the adventures.

I bring that same energy and attention to detail to every trip I plan. I’m a little travel-obsessed and love learning what excites each person I work with. My mission is to make your travel experience seamless, stress-free, and uniquely yours—so you can focus on the fun, not the logistics.
